New Clients: You will receive a link to complete an intake form with a brief medical history prior to your appointment. Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled time so that we can discuss your intake form.
Established Clients: Please arrive ~5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Gift certificates are sold by dollar amount and can be applied toward any service I offer. The recipient can select their preferred service at time of booking. They can also choose to upgrade a service by simply paying the difference between the gift certificate amount and the service amount at the time of their treatment.
Whether it’s for a birthday, special occasion, or “just because,” this is more than a gift — it’s a gesture of care, rest, and self-remembrance.
Note: You will be emailed a digital file of the gift certificate within 24 hours of purchase, which you can then print or send electronically to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable and they never expire.
